Here are our delivery policies to help make sure we meet your expectations
We only deliver within the United Kingdom. International deliveries are not available at the moment.
Free Standard Delivery on UK mainland orders with a basket value above £10.00. Basket value below £10.00 shipping charge of £3.49 will be added at checkout.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Orders placed after 1 pm on Fridays or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Dispatch within one working day of receiving cleared payment.

Our UK plant team will always send your plants
in the perfect condition to thrive when you plant them. We avoid dispatching the most perishable
plants over Bank Holiday weekends.
Most orders are sent on a fully-tracked courier service. To avoid perishable items being stuck at depots and deteriorating, no signature is required, and our courier is asked to leave your order in a safe place on your property. We’ll send a tracking link when we dispatch your order, so you know when it’s due to arrive. Please note that once delivered, we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft from your property. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please let us know.

We hope you’ll be happy with the product and service you receive, but if, for any reason, this isn’t the case and you are unhappy with the item you have ordered, you may return it for a full refund, credit, or exchange
We take great care to ensure our products reach our customers in good condition.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
