Every specimen is hand-selected, expertly secured, and tracked from our private studio to your door. We guarantee your plant arrives in pristine condition, or we will make it right.
Safe Passage: Our Delivery Commitment
At Florescofolia, we understand that our plants are living art. Every order is hand-packed in our private studio using specialised materials to ensure your specimen arrives in pristine condition.
At Florescofolia, we believe the experience of acquiring a new botanical specimen should be seamless. To ensure this, we are pleased to offer Complimentary Tracked Shipping on our entire collection within the UK mainland.
Our Shipping Standards We provide a tracked, premium delivery service across the UK mainland.
- No Additional Cost: Every plant in our atelier includes professional packaging and tracked delivery.
- Bespoke Packaging: Although shipping is complimentary, we never compromise on quality. Your plant is secured using our signature eco-friendly methods to ensure a safe arrival.
- Expert Dispatch: To protect plant health, we dispatch Monday through Thursday. This avoids any time spent in transit hubs over the weekend.
- Dispatched with Care: We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of cleared payment.
- Weekday Schedule: To protect the health of our plants, we process and dispatch orders Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be held until Monday to avoid plants sitting in transit depots over the weekend.
Tracking Your Specimen
Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a Tracking Link via email. Most orders are sent via a fully-tracked courier service, allowing you to follow your plant’s journey to your door.
Arrival & Safety
Because our items are perishable, our couriers are instructed to leave your order in a Safe Place on your property if you are not home. No signature is required, ensuring your plant spends the minimum amount of time in its packaging.
- Please note: Once delivered to your property, we cannot be held responsible for subsequent loss or theft.
Specific Requirements
If you have unique delivery instructions or live in a remote area that may require additional transit time, please contact our concierge before ordering. While we cannot guarantee a specific time of day, we do everything possible to ensure a seamless arrival.
While delivery is complimentary, please note that return shipping for non-damaged items is the responsibility of the client due to the specialised care required for transit.

We currently focus exclusively on the UK mainland to ensure our plants spend the minimum time in transit. This allows us to maintain our signature standard of freshness and health.
Delivery & Returns FAQ
1. Which couriers do you use?
We primarily use Royal Mail and Evri to deliver our products safely across the UK. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. How long will my delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within [1–2] working days. Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. Please note that during busy periods (like Mother’s Day or Christmas), delivery times may be slightly longer.
3. Do you deliver on weekends?
Dispatch happens on working days (Monday–Friday). While our couriers (Royal Mail and Evri) may deliver on Saturdays, we cannot guarantee weekend delivery for all orders.
4. What if my plant or flowers arrive damaged?
Because plants are living things, we take great care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.
5. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you catch us before we dispatch, we are happy to update the address! Please email us immediately with your order number. Once the item is with Royal Mail or Evri, we unfortunately cannot change the destination.
6. Do you ship outside of the UK?
Currently, Florescofolia only delivers within the United Kingdom to ensure our plants and products arrive in the best possible condition.
