Our Studio
To maintain the health of our collection and the privacy of our workspace, Florescofolia operates as a private studio and greenhouse.
- No Public Showroom: We do not offer in-person browsing or collections.
- Direct Delivery: All orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our sanctuary to your door.
- Returns: Please contact us via email to arrange any returns; we do not accept walk-in returns at our studio address.

How will my order arrive?
We take pride in our delivery process. Every specimen is carefully packaged in our studio and dispatched via tracked courier to ensure it arrives in the same perfect condition it left our greenhouse. As these are living items, we recommend being available for delivery or providing a safe, sheltered location for the courier.
Can I collect my order?
To maintain the health of our botanical collection and the focus of our working studio, we are not open to the public and do not offer a collection service. All orders are delivered directly to your door to ensure a seamless, professional experience.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of living plants, we generally cannot accept returns if you change your mind. However, if a plant arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours with a photograph so we can resolve it for you immediately.
How do I care for my new plant?
Every Florescofolia plant is a living piece of art. We provide essential care instructions with every order, or you can contact our concierge for expert advice on helping your new specimen thrive.
