We use WooPayments and PayPal to process payments securely. By placing an order, you agree to their terms of service. We do not store your credit card details. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Service Providers: We ship all orders using Royal Mail or Evri.
- Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within [1–3] working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
- Delivery Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect address information.
3. Perishable Goods (Plants & Flowers)
Under UK law, perishable items (such as fresh flowers or live plants) are exempt from the standard 14-day “change of mind” return rule.
- If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item.
- We will offer a replacement or a refund for items that are proven to be faulty upon arrival.
4. Non-Perishable Returns (Gifts & Accessories)
For all non-perishable items:
- Cancellation Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intent to return an item.
- Return Period: You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us in its original, unused condition and packaging.
- Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
